Do I need to have a floral business to order from Bunches Direct?


No, the great news is that our items are available to anyone!

Will the flowers be fresh when they arrive?


Yes they will! We have a longstanding partnership with flower farms in order to obtain the freshest possible product for our clients. Moreover, we take great care in packaging your flowers so that they arrive in good condition. 


Keep in mind that flowers are natural and therefore they may have some damaged leaves or petals. We refer to these as ‘travel petals’, and they are kept on the flower to protect them during shipping. Florists normally remove them before putting the flowers on display. Removing these leaves/petals will not damage your flowers. 

Do I need to do anything special to take care of my flowers once they arrive?

Yes, you will need to re-cut your flowers and place them in water as soon as they arrive. Your flowers will need to rest and hydrate for a few hours in order to regain their strength and vitality after their journey. Are your flowers as nice as those sold by local florists?

There is no real difference between the flowers you get from a local florist, and those shipped from us, except that they pass through fewer hands before making their way to you. In fact, there is a good chance that your local wholesalers buy from the same farms, however, they may keep the flowers in their warehouse for days, if not weeks before they are sold to your local florist.

I found a better price for the same product somewhere else, can you Price Match?

Yes we can price match! However, we retain the right to confirm that the competing quote is valid, and that our product varieties, quantities, and conditions are the same. For more information about how this process works, please contact us during regular business hours.

What delivery date should I select when ordering?

We suggest choosing a delivery date 2-3 days before your event, as to allow enough time to account for any potential transportation delays. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an exact arrival date, as shipping delays are sometimes unavoidable. 2-3 days will also give your flowers time to hydrate and look their best for your event.

I need flowers NEXT week ! Can you help me?

YES, we can! You can place an order online or with our friendly phone operator for delivery 8 business before the event. 

Will my flowers be the exact color as the image shown on the website?

Our website picture depicts the flower as true to the color as possible, however, please keep in mind that the type of screen you are viewing the webpage on may affect how the color appears. Also, remember that even flowers of the same color species can vary slightly from season to season due to natural environmental fluctuations. 

If I send a picture to you can you tell me what the flowers in the arrangement are?

Sure we would be happy to help, please click on the request quote button on the top of the page and upload the photo you have. Our floral specialist will get back to you shortly.

Once properly treated and watered (please see our special page on how to care for your flowers HERE ) they will be as nice, if not fresher than the flowers you buy from a local store!

Can you replicate the flowers I saw in a picture?

Yes we can! Use the request quote button on the top of the page and upload a photo of the arrangement you would like. Our floral specialist will get back to you shortly with a quote.

I want to change the color of an arrangement I like. Is that possible?

Yes, we can change the color of the flowers in the bouquet you like. To get a custom bouquet, just simply fill out the quote on the main page ( Get Quote button ) and the special assistant will get back to you shortly.

Can you create custom wedding arrangements?

We try to accommodate all special requests as best we can. Please contact us through the live chat, by email, or simply our click on the request quote button on the top of the page to get the process started.

My flowers are still closed and my event is approaching fast, what can I do?

If your event date is quickly approaching and your flowers are still slow to open, there are some tricks that you can use to help them to open up faster:

Re-cut the flowers, and place them in warm water. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar per liter of water. Place the flowers in a warm place with a lot of natural light to promote blooming (Do not place them directly under heaters or strong drafts as it can damage your flowers). 

My flowers are opening too fast, what can I do?

If your event is still days away and your flowers are opening faster than you would like, there are some tricks you can use to preserve them:

Place your flowers in a dark and cool room (away from any heavy drafts). This will put your flowers in a state of dormancy and extend their life cycle. Ideally,  you could gain access to a refrigerator with enough space to comfortably hold your flowers. Just make sure the temperature is set between 2–5° Celsius or 34-36 degrees Fahrenheit.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you may cancel your order at any time. However, due to the perishable nature of flowers, the following cancellation fees will apply:
 

  • $25 cancellation fee for orders canceled over 1 month before delivery.
  • 50% of the total cost of order if the cancellation is between thirty (30) and fourteen (14) days of original delivery date.
  • 100% of the total cost of order for cancellations under fourteen (14) days from the original delivery date.

If an error occurs with your order, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order.

Unavailable Delivery Dates:

Saturday, Sunday, Mondays, Holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day,  Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day) and one business day following these holidays.
