Minimum Orders: Other than the minimum quantity of stems per flower ordered there is NO minimum order.
If you would like to make changes to an order:
If you would like to change your flower order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may not be able to make the changes without sufficient notice. If your change is less than 2 weeks before your delivery date, a $100 fee may be applied. Last minute changes can be hard to manage and are not guaranteed.
Whether you place the order yourself on our pages or with an operator, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all your order details. Please check this e-mail and make certain that all details are correct. Please contact us immediately with any concerns. BunchesDirect is not responsible for the delivery, condition, color or quality of products unless they're on the order and on the confirmation e-mail.
The Unpacking Procedures, Flower Preparation and Care Instructions:
PLEASE remember that your order comes directly from our growers. Wholesale flowers are meant to be trimmed, clipped and generally swept clean.
PLEASE make sure someone is home at the time of Delivery or have your flowers sent to a location where someone will be available to accept the shipment immediately.
PLEASE verify Your Order Upon Delivery
When you receive your flowers, open the box and examine the contents carefully. Compare the shipment with your order confirmation to ensure everything is correct. If you have questions, please contact the floral consultant immediately.
PLEASE avoid extreme temperatures
Bring your flowers inside immediately upon arrival. Maintain the storage area temperature at 40F/4C if possible. Do not freeze! Avoid direct sunlight and drafts.
PLEASE keep flowers away from fruits, vegetables and/or plants which produce ethylene gas which could cause your flowers to wilt prematurely.
If delays occur for weather/mechanical reasons package will be delivered the following day. BunchesDirect is not responsible for delays because we cannot control FedEx, Purolator or UPS.
Shipping delays can happen due to a variety of factors like weather. This is something that we cannot control or prevent - no company can. If this happens, you'll need to be flexible in order to accommodate your timeline change. That's why we recommend having the flowers delivered 2-3 days before your event.
BunchesDirect is not responsible if you miss your delivery. It will be your responsibility to either be home, or have someone home, to accept the flowers. If you do miss your delivery, it will be your responsibility to coordinate with the shipping carrier to get your flowers.
BunchesDirect is not responsible for FedEx, Purolator, UPS or shipping delays, as we cannot control the weather or mechanical delays that impact shipping carriers.
Color or Size Variation: We will not refund or replace flowers for color or size variation. Flowers are a natural product, color tone and sizes change throughout the season.
Minor Imperfections: Flowers are natural products therefore minor imperfections such as small spots, streaks, or curving of stems is normal and will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Shipment: We are not responsible for the blooms if you miss your delivery. It will be your responsibility to coordinate with the shipping carrier. We cannot control shipping delays.
BunchesDirect reserves the right to make changes and substitutions. All substitutions and changes are only done as a last resort, and only when the reasons for doing so are reasonable and genuine. For example, if a certain bloom is unavailable or the flowers are wilted and not in a condition to grace a wedding function, they are changed from BunchesDirect’s side.
Flowers are day-to-day, like the stock market, so subs are typically last minute. We pick subs based on color palette, shape, and price. On many of our products we list acceptable substitutes to bring awareness. We will try to keep you in the loop if your order needs a sub, but it is not guaranteed due to last minute timing.
FLOWERS SHOULD BE FRESH CUT, PLACED IN FRES WATER, ROOM TEMPERATURE.
THEY SHOULD BE RECUT AND FRESH WATER EVERY 2 DAYS.

Dissatisfied with the Quality of Flowers:
As our flowers come fresh from our growers, they are always fresh and beautiful. If the flowers you received are not up to your standards, please send a picture of all received product to your floral consultant at [email protected] within 12 hours upon receipt of product. If we do not receive the digital pictures within 12 hours we will not be able to compensate you in any way, be it through product or a refund. Please note that all damaged flowers with the same name have to be pictured together. We’re sorry, but multiple pictures of a single damaged flower do not provide us with enough proof. In the case of a refund, we reserve the right to pickup the refunded product at the delivery location. We cannot guarantee the ‘openness’ of a bloom as our flowers are shipped in bud form to ensure freshness. Product short shipped/not what ordered:
As our flowers come fresh from our growers, they are always fresh and beautiful once you have treated them accordingly. If the flowers you received are not what you ordered or are incomplete, please send a picture of the received flowers to your floral consultant at [email protected] within 12 hours upon receipt of flowers with your order number. Our customer service representative will contact you as soon as possible to find the best solution for your particular situation. We’re here to help you make your occasion very special!

Custom Orders have to be placed through an operator to ensure details are recorded properly for production center. We are not responsible for custom requests which have not been processed by an operator. (ex. requests entered in delivery instructions field on order form)
You may cancel your order at any time. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, order size, production and supply arrangements as well as the work involved, the following cancellation fees will apply:
If an error occurs with your order, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order.
Any and/or all legal claims and/or actions must be registered/executed in the state of Florida, in the county of Miami-Dade.
